Nowadays it is more and more common to call it Euskadi, which is its name in Euskera, the language of the Basques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Galicia, located in the northwest of Spain, is divided into 4 provinces: A Coru\u00f1a, Lugo, Ourense and Pontevedra. We say \u201cA Coru\u00f1a\u201d and not \u201cLa Coru\u00f1a\u201d to respect the Galician language. Galician is a language that comes from Latin and is very similar to Spanish, but influenced by \u00a0Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I\u2019m sure you already know that Catalan is spoken in Catalonia in addition to Spanish.
